International Orders

For orders shipped outside Australia, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, taxes, handling fees or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may need to be paid before delivery.

Customs processing may also cause delays, which are outside of Kerry Sandhu Art’s control.

International Shipping – Original Artwork

International shipping for original artwork is quoted individually due to the size, weight, destination, professional packing requirements, tracking and insurance/warranty options.

To ensure artwork is packed securely and sent safely, Kerry Sandhu Art may use a professional packing and shipping service for international orders. This allows the artwork to be professionally packed and sent with fully tracked international delivery, proof of delivery, and insurance/warranty for loss or damage where available.

If you are located outside Australia and would like to purchase an original artwork, please contact Kerry Sandhu Art before purchasing so a direct shipping quote can be arranged.

International shipping costs are not included unless specifically stated.

Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

  • Non print-on-demand (non-POD) items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Print-on-demand (POD) items, including made-to-order prints and custom products, are typically processed within 3–10 business days.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched once processing is complete. Processing times are separate from shipping times and do not include transit.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia (Domestic)
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen disruptions.

International
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or external disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Contact must be made with Kerry Sandhu Art if there are any problems or issues with the order.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Items must be received back within 30 days of initial receipt.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused or unworn, with original packaging and tags attached.

If these conditions are met and agreed upon, a replacement or refund will be offered.
