A paint party is a fun, guided, step-by-step painting experience that is perfect for beginners — even for those who think they “can’t paint”.

Everyone is guided through the artwork in a relaxed and supportive environment, with plenty of encouragement to add their own personality and creative touches.

There is no pressure to be perfect. It is all about enjoying the experience, spending time together and going home with an artwork you created yourself.

Private paint parties are mobile, so they can be held at a location that works for you, including:

• Your home

• Your workplace

• A community hall or shared space

• A privately booked function room

• A café, restaurant, bar or other public venue that allows the activity

When using a public venue, you will need to arrange the table or venue booking directly and confirm that painting is permitted.

The space will need suitable tables and chairs, enough room for everyone to paint comfortably and access for setting up and packing away.

I bring all painting materials, including canvases, paints, brushes, aprons and protective table coverings.

You provide the people and the space — I’ll bring the paint!

Looking for a fun, creative way to raise funds? My paint parties can be tailored to support your school, club, charity or community group.

You choose your ticket price and manage ticket sales. Kerry Sandhu Art invoices the agreed Paint Party fee based on confirmed participant numbers.

For fundraising events, the Paint Party fee may be negotiated depending on the size and requirements of your event.

An upfront minimum payment is required to secure your booking and event date.

Once the agreed Paint Party fee has been paid, any additional money raised stays entirely with your organisation as fundraising proceeds.

You keep 100% of any funds raised above the agreed Paint Party fee.

How it works:
You set your ticket price at an amount above the agreed Paint Party fee. Any amount raised above the agreed Paint Party fee goes directly towards your fundraising goal.

You’ll receive a Look Book filled with beginner-friendly painting designs, including popular, seasonal and themed options. I’m also happy to help you choose a design that suits the occasion, age group and experience level of your guests.

To secure your preferred date and time, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the paint party.

Final guest numbers are required 7 days prior to the party, with invoicing based on confirmed numbers.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
