International Orders (USA & Overseas)

Please note: For orders shipped to the United States or internationally, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes before receiving your package. These fees are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• Dispatch time: 1–2 business days

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Australia (Domestic):
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen disruptions.

International:
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or external disruptions.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Contact with Kerry Sandhu Art must be made if there are any problems or issues with your order

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed

• Items must be received back within 30 days of initial receipt

• Items must be returned in original condition, unused or unworn, with original packaging and tags attached

If these conditions are met and agreed upon, you will be offered either a replacement item or a refund.
